How to Apply

The attached application form must be filled duly by the candidate and submitted to the College office before the last date. Attested copies of the following documents should be enclosed with the complete form:

• S.S.C/ equivalent certificate
• F.A. (if applicable)
• B.A. (if applicable)
• Provisional/Character certificate
• Photocopy of CNIC card (if applicable) or father’s/guardian’s
• Four passport size photographs with blue background
• Original transfer certificate (if the student has passed S.S.C /F.A./B.A. from other than Lahore Board/ University)
• Migration certificate (if applicable).
• Three self addressed envelops of Science Students.

Registration and Enrolment

• The students who are granted admission by the College shall have to bring original documents at the time of interview to complete the registration and enrolment formalities.
• Dues must be paid within due dates.
• Students must collect the entry slip number from the office to get their names entered in the register of class in charge.
• Students will have to purchase the boarder/ day scholar identity card at the time of admission.
